Modular Design for Large Shelters
Cabinets of series ESK consist of elements made of glass fiber reinforced polyester sandwich of different sizes. The element construction provides maximum flexibility for individual shelters or containers.
Insulation and Lightweight Design
Sandwich elements with a thickness of 20, 40 or 80 mm for low heat transfer values of up to 0,35 W/m²K. Higher insulation on request.
Long Term Durability
Extremely resistant gelcoat protects the polyester GRP sandwich from harsh environments such as UV or acids. The ingress protection of class IP65 or IP54 and a smooth surface without eroded fibers is ensured after many years of installation.
Easy Equipping and Handling
SCHRAMM polyester GRP sandwich elements are stiff due to joints between the inner and outer shell of the sandwich.

Customized dimensions possible
Base
Rigid base frame construction with height of 100 or 200 mm made of stainless steel, insulated with PU foam, designed for heavy loads. Inside floor covered by aluminum/stainless steel checkered plate or custom cover.
Door
Doors with 10 1 leaf (IP65) and 20 2 leaves (IP54) with panic lock and door closer. Door frame and hinges made of powder-coated stainless steel, opening angle 180˚.
Roof
Roof elements accessible, self-supporting up to length of 4100 mm. Designed for distributed loads of 75 kg/m2 . Roof construction has 1˚ slope to sides, with roof overhang and rain-drop edge at all sides.
Assembly & Transportation
Delivery pre-assembled or in parts. On-site assembly possible. Lifting brackets on base frame or eye bolts on roof possible
